Deposit, Arriving Late, and Cancellation Policy: 

At Kiddos Play Center, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change your reservation date, please call one of our team members and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you will be running late, please let us know by calling (615) 955-5208 We value the time of all our groups and want to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to enjoy our play center. Please note that if you are late, your free time in the play center may be shortened.

If you need to cancel your event, please do so at least 72 hours (about 3 days) before your scheduled date to receive a full reimbursement of your deposit. Unfortunately, if your cancellation is made after this period, we cannot offer you a refund on your deposit.  Required deposit to book room is $120 per room on the day of booking, Once you know how many kiddos will be joining your party, you can pay per child upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy, as it helps us better serve all of our customers.

You may arrive exactly 15 minutes prior to your party to begin decorating.
